After a patchwork of careers - journalism, public relations, business consultant being only a few - I became a Realtor in 1987. To my amazement I am still here.

When it came to creating a website I choose the name PERSONAL REALTOR because I believe providing my clients with professional service, tailored to their personal needs, is everything.

For all but the first two years I have been with Dexter Associates Realty, one of the very few indepandant Real Estate Brokerages in Vancouver.  I am fortunate that I work for a Real Estate firm which prides itself on its professionalism within an ethical business environment and also considers all of its clients as individuals.

Dexter's immense success is proof that ethical practices can be financially profitable.

Within what is often seen as a highly competitive, even cut-throat, business the people who are Dexter Associates work co-operatively, helping each other and each other's clients. Each individual's success is achieved with the help of their colleagues. Dexter's reputation is built upon the success of this co-operative model.
